Medical Case Management

With our dedicated medical doctors and staff, we are handling all treatment processes from admission to discharge including medical follow-up and second opinion opportunity in case needed.

The patient arrives to the hospital with priority appointment and VIP waiting rooms in some hospitals specially for Mest Assistance members. Cases are being followed-up by our medical team of doctors and specialists for any urgent intervention and speed up the process of treatment. An interpreter is also provided as well as medical report translation as per the request language.
